I’m excited to get started with this Blue Buffalo Wilderness food. Granted, I have yet to see the long-term effects since I just started the gradual transition but I’m not looking for anything in particular. The dogs absolutely enjoy this food so far and are more eager to chow with this brand. Based on my OCD-like research at various reputable dog food kibble websites I finally chose the Blue Buffalo Wildnerness brand. The ingredients are exactly what I’m looking for in a dry kibble and it was a tough decision with so many good foods from which to choose. Ultimately, I chose this brand over Orijen (availability and it’s a US brand – I keep my business *USA all-the-way* when possible), Nutramax (?), other brands – and am transitioning away from Solid Gold Wolf King (a good brand I’ve used with good results). There are many good dog foods to choose from but from a scientifically-oriented/educated vantage I definitely like what the Blue Buffalo Wilderness has to offer. I’ll post updates after I rotate among the BB Wilderness flavors if time permits in the coming months. Best to everyone and their canine friends!
