The Petmate Fresh Flow Charcoal Replacement Filters take impurities and odors out of the pets drinking water. The filter should be changed every 60 to 90 days with one pet usage. The replacement filters fit both the Jumbo and Medium Fresh Flow Fountains. This is the replacement filter for the Fresh Flow Fountain.

I use Petmate Fresh Flow filters, but have to change them more often than the recommended month, because I have three cats. I’m sure they last longer for only one pet. They can also be removed, after turning off the water filter, and rinsed well then re-inserted. I do this sometimes when I don’t have time to change the filter and clean the water fountain, but I clean and change it as close to once a week as possible. Again, with only one pet, this probably wouldn’t be necessary.

Cheap price for the quantity and long-lasting too – you hardly need to change the water filters so these will probably last you a year or so.
